24 x 7 telephone support
Sometimes you need advice from a person, not a web site! And we offer you telephone support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! It might be 7:00am on Wednesday, and you’re preparing presentation folders for a breakfast meeting. It might be 4:00pm on Saturday and you’re wondering where to buy name tags for your parents’ anniversary party that night. Regardless, our Consumer Service Centre is open for assistance regarding all aspects of our solutions.
E-mail support
Have you ever sent an e-mail from a web site, and received no reply? That doesn’t happen with our Consumer Service Centre! Our agents will respond to your inquiries quickly and with the right advice. Visit www.averyproducts.com.au and click on Contact Us to submit your inquiry. Our e-mail service is answered Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.
Web support
We’re in the process of creating a great new area of web support for you. We’ve launched our new Help Centre, where you can access help whenever you need it. Try our step by step documents, including our new “How to…” series of guides. There are FAQs, and a tool to discover which software and templates support the Avery product you’re using.
