Make a memorable Easter card with Inspired™ products
Easter is a time that we all like to enjoy time together with our families, having a short break. It’s also a good opportunity to spend some creative time with the kids. A great idea for a fun activity is making Easter cards – the kids enjoy making them, and family love receiving them! Here’s how, in 3 easy steps:
- Make a base card. A really simple way to do this is to buy some nice brightly coloured paper, cut it to twice the size of the card you want, then fold the card in half to achieve your final required size. Alternatively, you could use Inspired Card Making Projects - great if your kids like getting creative on a computer. You can even go on-line and design and print your card directly from the Avery web site, using our brilliant range of designs, at www.averyproducts.com.au/au/averyprint/.
- Design your card. You can do this by drawing your own pictures, cutting out images from magazines, or by using our huge range of Inspired stickers. These stickers are available through your local newsagents, Big W, Woolworths and Spotlight. There are over 100 different designs to choose from. Some great design ideas for Easter could include Easter eggs, fluffy chicks, the Easter bunny, flowers, a pattern. Or why not truly personalise it with a photo of grandpa snoozing?
- Decorate your card. If you created your own drawing, or did it on a computer, you could now use Inspired stickers to create those finishing touches. Alternatively, glitter pens, ribbons, or other items being glued on your card also look fantastic. You could design an envelope too if you were feeling very creative!
A project like this will keep your kids happy for a couple of hours, and keep other members of the family happy for years to come. Go on – have some fun!
