Use the Inspired Printable Scrapbooking Kit to scrapbook your holiday memories

Summer's over, but let's hold on to those memories of fun in the sun! With Inspired Printable Scrapbooking embellishment products, it's easy to personalise your scrapbook pages with your exact thoughts, words and photos, using your computer and inkjet printer. Whatever your level of computer experience, ready to use templates and designs make it easy for anyone to do! Inspired printable scrapbooking embellishments are acid free and lignin free, so they are safe to use on photos.

Here we show you how to use the Inspired Printable Scrapbooking Kit to create a 'Summer Water Fun' scrapbook page.

What you need:

1. The Inspired Printable Scrapbooking Kit (available at Spotlight, Lincraft and selected newsagents). From the kit, we're going to use:
- Matte white sticker paper
- Clear sticker paper
- Journaling sticker paper
2. The CD with pre-designed templates in the kit. You will find a folder called 'Summer Water Fun' where you will find all templates relating to this project.
3. 12"x12" scrapbook paper - we suggest using blue to co-ordinate with the Summer Water Fun theme
4. Your summer water fun photo
5. Simple embellishment items such as ribbons, bubble stickers or swirl shaped clips. Choose colours or shapes that co-ordinate with the rest of the page.
6. Computer with Microsoft Word. Minimum system requirement - Microsoft Office v.2003 or later for using blank templates.
7. An inkjet printer
8. Acid free and lignin free craft glue

Steps to create your Summer Water Fun page

Use your computer and the CD in your Inspired Printable Scrapbooking Kit to quickly and easily customise your Summer Water Fun Scrapbooking page. Use the 'Summer Water Fun' folder on the CD to access all the templates and clip art. You'll find this folder in the 'Pre-designed Templates & Graphic Elements' folder.

1. Create a background
- From the CD, select a pattern paper image and print it on matte white sticker paper. Cut to the size that suits your layout design. Then position it and paste on your scrapbook paper.

2. Create your own catch phrase or page title
- Select a wave clip art design from the CD. Print it on the matte white sticker sheet. Then cut it to the shape. Position your wave sticker on top of the page.
- Then select the file 'T_Clear Sticker Paper Summer Fun.doc' from the CD. Personalise this page by putting in text as you wish. Print it on the clear sticker sheet and cut to fit your wave sticker that is already on the page.
- Cut the 'Splash Splash! Fun in the sun!' design from the clear sticker paper that you just printed. Cut it to shape and position it two thirds of the way across the page horizontally.

3. Position the photo
- Create a border for your photograh using one of the blue pattern paper images. Print it on matte white sticker paper. Cut it to suit the selected photo.
- Use acid free and lignin free craft glue to paste photo on the blue background that you just created. Stick on your choice of bubble stickers or swirl clips at the four corners of the photo.

4. The finishing touches
- Select the file 'T_Journaling Sticker Paper Summer Fun.doc' from the CD. Select a design or shape you like and personalise the text. Print on the journaling sticker paper and peel off your stickers. Then position and stick it on the page.
- Decorate the rest of the page with embellishments of your own choice. You are limited only by your imagination!
